As a thank-you to our valued customers, XYMQ Jewelry offers a 6-month style refresh option for customers who have owned their piece for 6 months or longer.

Eligible customers may exchange their jewelry for a different design and continue enjoying a style that matches their personal taste and lifestyle.

Exchange Details

• The replacement piece can be selected from eligible XYMQ Jewelry styles.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference between the original and replacement piece.

• If the new piece has a lower price, the remaining balance can be applied toward shipping costs and is not refundable.

• The original jewelry must be in good condition and meet our exchange requirements.

• Please contact our customer support team before starting an exchange to confirm eligibility and receive assistance.
