Life is busy, and your jewelry may show signs of daily wear. Our Lifetime Warranty ensures your pieces can always be repaired, refreshed, or adjusted so they continue to shine for years to come.

Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from XYMQjewelry.
  2. Always contact an XYMQjewelry representative before sending items back to get the correct return address.
  3. Make sure your jewelry is securely packaged. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  4. All returns must use a tracked shipping method. Packages without tracking cannot be processed.
  5. The warranty may be voided for items showing modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our experts.
  6. Warranty Update (Effective September 18, 2025): Our warranty has been upgraded from one year to lifetime coverage. All purchases from this date forward are covered for life.
