Processing orders and shipments

We will process the order within 24 hours and ship the order within 48 hours (after 48 hours, we will add a small gift in the package as compensation, usually it will not take more than 48 hours to ship). 

 

Delivery Time

Normal in-stock jewelry can be shipped in a timely manner. If there is a surge in sales of an individual piece of jewelry and it needs to be made quickly, it will be shipped within 5 business days. (Except for customized items)

All items in the store may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Please add the processing time to the shipping time estimate below.

Below is the estimated shipping time. Due to holidays, customs, weather delays, and special conditions that often affect international shipments, we can only provide estimated shipping times.
