RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the following policy.
Cancel order
We accept cancellations prior to the product being shipped or manufactured. If the product has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
We also offer order adjustments if your order has not yet shipped. If you need to change your order, you are welcome to email us at schratz33205686@gmail.com (your email address is required).
Return or Resend
Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date of arrival. If it has been more than 7 days since you received your item, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or reshipment.
You have two options:
1. Returns: For products shipped by us, we accept returns if the item is defective due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item). At the same time, you need to attach all the packages and weigh them when you receive the package, so that we can check the responsibility with the logistics company.
2. Exchange: For the delivery of goods, due to your personal reasons (do not like or shoot the wrong style) you can choose to exchange, but you need to bear the round-trip shipping costs. If you think the cost of postage is a waste, of course, we can also have other options, specifically you need to consult our customer service.
Other non-returnable items:
Customized products.
Jewelry that is damaged due to personal reasons.
In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, please contact our customer service team at schratz33205686@gmail.com.
You will need to pay for return shipping. For returns due to quality issues, return shipping costs are refundable.
If you do not receive the jewelry package, we will first trace the logistics information, and logistics companies to verify, if the logistics company did not give a satisfactory response, within a week we can first send you a free replacement package.
Goods that do not meet the above conditions will be deemed ineligible for return.
Resend:
If the item is defective due to our error (e.g. wrong item), we are willing to resend you the correct product.
If the item is defective due to a shipping issue (e.g., damaged item), we can resend the item to you at your expense for a portion of the shipping costs
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days. (For credit card payment, we will cancel your pre-authorization, the operation date is 3 business days, the remaining refund time you need to contact your credit card company, the normal time is about 1 month)
Due to the shipping problem, if you feel it is too much trouble to return the goods and you find the goods are damaged when you receive the goods, we can take part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
