United States: Estimated delivery in 7–12 business days.

International: Estimated delivery to most destinations in 7–15 business days.

International delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, or destination-specific conditions.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days, where available. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

• Please contact our customer support team before returning your jewelry so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

• Personalized items and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and, for exchanges, reshipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6-Month Style Refresh

Your style evolves, and your jewelry can too.

As a thank-you to our valued customers, XYMQ Jewelry offers a complimentary Style Refresh service within 6 months of the original delivery date.

Eligible customers may exchange their jewelry for a different eligible design, allowing their jewelry to continue matching their personal style and meaningful moments.

Exchange Details

• There is no Style Refresh service fee.

• The replacement piece may be selected from eligible XYMQ Jewelry styles.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping, reshipping costs, and any price difference between the original and replacement piece.

• Each eligible piece may use the 6-Month Style Refresh service only once.

• If the replacement piece has a lower price, the remaining difference is non-refundable and may be applied toward applicable shipping costs.

• The original piece must be complete, with its main components and stones present, and must meet our eligibility requirements.

• Please contact our customer support team before returning your jewelry so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Our Quality & Sustainability Promise

Jewelry returned through the Style Refresh program is never resold as new or sent directly to another customer.

Accepted pieces are permanently removed from our retail inventory and processed through our responsible material recovery program. Precious-metal components are separated, refined, and recycled, while gemstones are removed and handled separately through our responsible recovery process.

The 6-Month Style Refresh is separate from our 30-day Returns & Exchanges policy and Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. It does not extend the standard return or refund period.
